Data Protection Act
Deliberation no. 2006-130 of 09/05/2006 exempts non-profit associations governed by the law of July 1, 1901 from the obligation to declare processing operations relating to the management of members and donors. The processing of personal data is therefore not subject to a declaration to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). The exemption stipulates that only data relating to identity, banking identity and associative life may be recorded, with the exception of sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, state of health or sex life of individuals, offenses, convictions or legal measures. These data cannot be kept beyond the member’s resignation or removal (unless he/she requests otherwise) and for donors beyond two unsuccessful solicitations.
NATUREVOLUTION is committed to preserving the confidentiality of any information provided online by the Internet user, which will not be used by entities other than the NATUREVOLUTION association. In accordance with article 34 of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, users have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any data concerning them.
